Privacy. Veridian collects data you submit through forms on this site (Dormant Client Audit, free diagnostic, discovery-call requests) for the purpose of contacting you about our reactivation service. Submissions are stored encrypted at rest in the United States and retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they're automatically deleted. If you become a customer, any clinic data you upload to us (e.g., client CSV exports) is governed by our Data Processing Agreement and held only for the duration of the engagement. To request deletion of your data at any time, email privacy@veridianagency.com. We don't sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
